Warner Kepler Webb II passed away Friday May 3, 2013 at the age of 59. His remains were interred at China Spring Cemetery, next to his parents.

Rocky attended Lake Waco Elementary, Lake Air Junior High and graduated from Richfield High School in Waco, Texas. He spent his college years at both the University of Texas and Stephen F. Austin and was a proud member of Kappa Alpha Order.

There is not a person who ever met Rocky Webb who could forget his gift for telling a story or his devotion to Longhorn Football.

Rocky is survived by his son Travis Webb; brother, Vincent R. Webb and sister, Tracy Webb.
