Funeral services for Ervin Willie Ledenham, 48, of Austin were to be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at China Spring Baptist Church, Rev. C. E. Wade and Rev. H. C. Funderburg officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Ledenham was the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. F. Ledenham of China Spring.  He became ill about two weeks ago while visiting his parents,  and died at 8:45 a.m. Monday in a Waco hospital.

Surviving are his parents, his widow, Mrs. Louise Ledenham of Austin; one sister, Mrs. Zobbie Kirks of Waco, Route 1 and one brother, Cecil Ledenham of Dallas.
