Lee Allen Loutherback, 38, of Route 3, Waco, died about 5 p.m. Friday in a Waco hospital.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Rock Creek Baptist church. Rev. Ellis Morrison will officiate.  Burial will be in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Betty Loutherback; two daughters, Marcia Lee Loutherback and Vicki Lynn Loutherback, both of Route 3, Waco; his mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Robinson of Route 3, Waco; a sister, Mrs. Gayle Albano of Detroit, Mich.; a brother, Sam Loutherback of Route 1, China Spring.
