Services for William C. (Bill) McLaughlin, 47, of China Spring will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit, the Rev. Jack Desel officiating. Burial will be at China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. McLaughlin who was a coach and board member of the China Spring Youth Athletic Association and member of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit, died Tuesday in a local hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa McLaughlin of China Spring; two sons, David McLaughlin of China Spring and Kelly McLaughlin of Houston; a daughter, Traci McLaughlin of China Spring; and a brother Jim McLaughlin of Cypress.

The family has designated the chapel fund of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit or the China Spring Youth Athletic  Association for memorials.
