Faye Stanford, 94, of Waco passed away Thursday, July 18, 2002, at a local nursing home.  Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at BrookView Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Patterson officiating.  Interment will follow at China Spring Cemetery.

Mrs. Stanford was preceded in death by her husband, Dolph Stanford; grandson, Michael Lumpkin; son-in-law, Tom Hurst; stepsons, John, Jim and Norris Stanford; stepdaughters, Mildred Roush, Louise Baer; brothers, Sam, Cecil, Audry, Bud, Perry, Ennis and Dewey Naylor; and sisters, Jewell Bowdoin, Jenny Fletcher and May Naylor.

Survivors include a son, Jeff Stanford of Temple; daughters and spouses, Ruth Necker and Edward of Cat Spring, Aileen Lumpkin and Lawrence of China Spring, Wilda Hurst of Waco and jeanette Bone and Charlie of Hillsboro; daughter-in-law, Mildred Stanford of Waco; 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Brooks of Crawford; several nieces and nephews.
