Funeral services for K. O. Pierce, 94, of 2221 La Salle Avenue will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in China Spring Baptist Church.  Rev. Paul Smith and Rev. Earl Vanderford will officiate with burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Pierce died at 7:30 p.m. Monday in a local hospital.

Mr. Pierce was born in Tennessee.  He came to Texas in 1895.  He had farmed in the China Spring area about 45 years.

Survivors include two sons, L. H. Pierce of China Spring and H. G. Pierce of Waco; four daughters, Mrs. R. L.  Talbert of China Spring, Mrs. Will Copeland of Waco, Mrs. J. E. Brooks of Fort Worth and Mrs. F. S Brown of South Bend, Ind.; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
