C. B. McLaughlin, 41, died at 6:45 p.m. Thursday at a local sanitarium.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Speegleville Methodist Church with Rev. M. M. Chunn of Herring Avenue church officiating, assisted by Rev. Mr. Simpson of China Spring.

Surviving are the widow and two daughters, Mary Frances and Rose Myrtle McLaughlin; the father, W. A. and a brother, A. M. McLaughlin; a sister, Mrs. Luther Lawson of Speegleville.

Interment will be in the Speegleville cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: J. V. Rich, Ewell Johnson, Carrol Dosher, J. C. McLellan, J. W. Clark, Howt Short and Will Tolbert.
