Flo Coffey Leavines, 76, died Thursday at her residence.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at China Spring Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at BrookView Funeral Home.

Flo was born April 16, 1925 in Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Addie Whitis. Flo was a quality control inspector in California for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Grimeo Leavines; a son, Walter Seymour and wife, Pat; a brother Harold Whitis and a sister Stella Thomas.
