Mary Eral Thompson Davis, a Waco homemaker died Wednesday at a local hospital. She was 90.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. today, Aug. 5, 1994, at China Spring Cemetery, the Rev. David Johnson and the Rev. Adrian Coleman officiating.
Mrs. Davis was born July 7, 1904 in McLennan County, near China Spring. She was a resident of Goldthwaite for many years, where she was reared and attended school. She was a graduate of Howard Payne Academy, now Howard Payne University and the University of North Carolina. She taught at the University of North Carolina and Howard Payne University for a number of years. Her husband, Robert Holmes Davis, died Dec. 4, 1953. She was a Baptist.
