Funeral services for Harvey R. Eichelberger of Waco will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Wilkirson and Hatch Chapel, Rev. Earl Vanderford officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Eichelberger died Wednesday in a Waco hospital. He was 64.

Mr. Eichelberger was born in China Spring, son of the late Ludie Smith and Jim Eichelberger. His great-grandfather settled in the China Spring area early in the 19th century.

He was a graduate of China Spring High School and married Miss Beatrice Crawford of China Spring in 1924.

He was with the Blackland Army Airfield during World War II and worked for Dittlinger Roller Mills for 29 years before retiring in 1965. He was a member of the China Spring Woodmen of the World Lodge.

Survivors are his wife; daughter, Mrs. John R. Rauch; sister, Daisy E. Davis; brother, J. Neely Eichelberger of Lubbock; and one granddaughter, Miss Debra Rauch.
