Mrs. H. H. (Muge) Grayson, 85, of China Spring died early Wednesday morning at a local hospital.

Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Wilkirson-Hatch Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Charles Wilson officiating. Burial will be at China Spring Cemetery.

Mrs. Grayson was born October 26, 1901 in China Spring where she attended school. She was married to H. H. Grayson December 24, 1926 in China Spring; he died September 17, 1981. They owned and operated the cotton gin in Erath for many years. She was a Methodist.

Survivors include a son, Monte D. Grayson; three sisters, Mrs. Wheeler Smith, Mrs. J.B. Garrett and Mrs. A. C. Golding; a grandchild; and one great-great-grandchild.
