John M. Kelly, 71, died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday at his home on Route 3, Waco.

Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Monday at Rock Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Jones and Rev. Don Miller officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Fannie Kelly; two sons, Robert of Goose Creek and Floid of Waco; three daughters, Mrs. Ruby Goldman, Mrs. Ruth Goldman and Mrs. Eugenia Hobbs, all of Waco; three brothers, Will of Waco, Sill of Boling, Arthur of Grand Prairie.

Pallbearers, W. Overton, Pete Shotwell, Weldon Parham, Earl Crawford and Dewey Rich.
