Emmanuel (Frenchy) Pardo of Austin, former China Spring resident, died Wednesday at an Austin hospital. He was 92.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in the Davis Chapel of the Cook-Walden Funeral Home in Austin, the Rev. Richard Tijerina officiating. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday at China Spring Cemetery.
Mr. Pardo was born Oct. 28, 1898 in Paris, France. At one time he was a foreman for L.A. and Calcasieu lumber companies. He had lived in Austin the past 70 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Suzanne Pardo of Austin.
